Physical Turing Security is a fully managed service on a subscription. No capital outlay, no robotics team to hire, no integration project — we own the entire lifecycle.

We bring the robots — and the people

Patrol units, docking stations, and a deployment crew arrive as one package. Our field engineers install, map, and commission everything on site; nothing ships in a crate for you to figure out.

We run the fleet

Scheduled and on-demand patrols are monitored around the clock from our remote operations center. Human operators verify every alert, take over when a mission needs judgment, and escalate only confirmed incidents to your team.

We do the maintenance

Service, parts, repairs, battery cycling, and software updates are all included. A degraded unit gets swapped, not ticketed — keeping coverage up is our problem, not yours.

  1. Site survey, with a sample unit in the field

    We walk your facility with your security lead: coverage gaps, key zones, cellular and WiFi signal, dock placement. Then we field-test a sample robot on your actual terrain, so route feasibility is proven before anything is signed.

  2. Site map and patrol design

    The robot scans your site with LiDAR to build a 3D map. On that map we design patrol routes, waypoints, schedules, and geofenced zones together with your team — and site the charging docks where power and shelter allow.

  3. A pilot you can measure

    A 30–90 day trial against KPIs we agree on up front — patrols completed, verified incidents, response times. Your guards train on the dashboards and escalation paths during the pilot, before any long-term commitment.

Honest by default: stock hardware carries no weather rating and no night-vision camera. Where a site needs rain routes or dark yards, we spec sheltered docks, lighting, or thermal payloads — and we'll tell you when a site isn't a fit.
